AllStream Refund Policy

At AllStream, we aim to ensure every member enjoys a smooth and reliable streaming experience. Because AllStream provides immediate access to digital content and account services upon purchase, our refund policy is structured to protect both our users and our platform.
1. Trial Plan
The Trial Plan is non-refundable.
Once access has been granted, no refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, as full access is delivered instantly.
You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
No refunds or credits are provided for:
Partial months of service
Unused time
Change of mind
3. Yearly Subscriptions
Yearly subscriptions are also non-refundable once activated.
You may cancel anytime, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the prepaid period.
No pro-rated refunds, credits, or reimbursements are offered for unused time.
4. Accidental Purchases
Because AllStream provides instant digital access, refunds for accidental purchases are not offered.
Please ensure the correct plan is selected before completing checkout.
5. Account Violations or Suspensions
Refunds will not be issued for accounts suspended due to:
Sharing login credentials outside your household/Wi-Fi
Abuse of the service
Violation of AllStream’s Terms of Use

If you believe there has been a billing error (charged twice, incorrect amount, etc.), please contact us at:

7. How to Cancel Your Membership
To cancel your membership, email us at team@allstream.com.au with the email address used for your subscription.
Cancellations are processed within 24 hours.
